INTER-ARRAY® Genotyping Kits allow DNA-based detection of antibiotic resistance genes, virulence genes, and pathogenicity markers of different multi-resistant pathogens by simple and quick assignment of unknown isolates to known strains within hours.

Based on a DNA microarray with more than 330 different probes in a 27 x 27 array, on an area of 13 mm² , printed on the bottom of each well of 96-well plates, INTER-ARRAY® provides an effective tool for use in infection research, hygiene and outbreak management, epidemiology, and veterinary medicine.

M2-Automation’s iONE-1200 is used by INTER-ARRAY® to produce a DNA microarray printed on the bottom of each well of 96-well plates on a production scale.
