Responsibilities

• Multiplex Array Development: Lead and contribute to the development of multiplex arrays using microdispensing technology.
• Biology and Chemistry Expertise: Apply extensive knowledge in biology and ideally chemistry to drive innovation in microdispensing applications.
• Independent Work: Demonstrate the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
• Customer Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential, as you'll be actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in multiplex assay development using any microdispensing technology.
• Strong background in biology; additional expertise in chemistry is highly desirable.
• Independent and self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
